About

Operators first.

Fallbrook Partners was founded in 2023 by a small team of operators. We started with real estate, buying and running properties ourselves, and now also back early-stage founders. Our backgrounds shape how we invest: we put capital where our own experience lets us add more than money.

Military leadership: U.S. Marine Corps service: planning under uncertainty, accountability, and executing with small teams.
Institutional finance: MBA in finance from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
Operations and technology: A background in enterprise software and ERP consulting. We built the systems that run our own portfolio.

Approach

We acquire small-balance, owner-operated properties in secondary and tertiary U.S. markets, then improve them through better operations.
